Never quote a removal the photos don’t justify. Air-seal before blowing a single bag of insulation, because R-value over a leaky ceiling is money half-spent. Everything gets photographed
You see what we see: the depth reading, the penetrations, the ducts, any mold or contamination. The photos are yours whether you hire us or not.
You get a straight answer
Sometimes that answer is “your attic is fine.” Sometimes it’s “you don’t need the removal you were quoted elsewhere” — that’s exactly what happened on the Churchill Meadows job, where we said no to a removal and did a same-day top-up instead.
