A few simple requirements
- You own your home — single or semi‑detached, a row/townhome (not stacked), or a mobile home on a permanent foundation.
- You heat your home with natural gas, or are connected to Ontario’s electricity grid heating with electricity, oil, propane or wood.
- Your home has been lived in for more than six months — brand‑new builds don’t qualify yet.
