From Erin Mills to Churchill Meadows, we top up, remove, and rebuild Mississauga attics — and we show you photos of exactly what we found before we quote a thing.
Book My Free InspectionCall (647) 507-4072
Most of Mississauga went up between the late 1970s and the 1990s — big two-storeys in Erin Mills, Meadowvale, and Lisgar that got builder-grade insulation which has now settled to half its original depth. On recent Mississauga inspections we’ve measured 5–7 inches of tired cellulose where today’s standard calls for 21.5 inches (R-60).
The other pattern we keep finding here: bathroom fan ducts that never made it to the roof. On one recent Mississauga job the washroom exhaust was dumping shower moisture straight into the attic — years of that had left mold across 200 sq ft of roof sheathing. In Erin Mills, we cleaned up an attic that animals had turned into a nesting site. Both jobs started as “my bills seem high” phone calls.
That’s why every quote starts with a free inspection, with photos. Sometimes the answer is a full reset; in Churchill Meadows it was a same-day top-up because the existing material was clean and dry. We tell you which one your attic actually needs.

Blown-in fiberglass to R-60, full removals and rebuilds, insulated hatches — quoted flat after a photographed inspection.
Pot lights, plumbing stacks, duct boots and top plates sealed before any insulation goes in — the step that makes R-60 actually perform.
Botanical cleaning and spore removal, wood restoration, and a protective sealant against regrowth — see a full remediation in our case studies.
Cold floors over the garage and chilly basements get the same treatment: seal first, then insulate properly.
Insulating your attic to R-50 or better qualifies for a rebate through Ontario’s home energy rebate program — no energy assessment required for attic-only projects. We confirm your exact amount at the free inspection and file all the paperwork for you.
Rebates are offered through an Ontario home energy-efficiency rebate program. Confirmed Attics & Insulation is an independent participating contractor. Rebate amounts shown are maximums; terms and conditions apply, confirmed at your free assessment.
A free, no-obligation inspection with photos of everything we find — and a straight answer, even if that answer is “your attic is fine.”
